Submission Requirements
- Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English. - Contributions must contain original unpublished work
- Contributions that have been concurrently submitted to other conferences or journals (double submissions) will be automatically rejected
Submission Types
- Long Paper (up to 8 double-column pages)
Each paper should be at least with 4 pages by following the template so that it can meet the standard of the press. For accepted papers, one regular registration covers 8 pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages will be charged at 70USD/page. - WiP Papers (up to 4 double-column pages)
Ongoing research projects, pilot programs, or the like, can be presented at SIES under the Work in Progress (WIP) category. Preliminary results are expected to be reportted. This provides a unique opportunity to authors to receive early feedback on their current work. - Poster Presentation
If you only want to share and discuss your latest research with others at the conference, you can submit an abstract for poster presentation. Poster presentation authors must submit a 300-word abstract in PDF format. Submission should clearly describe a technical problem, outline a solution, and provide some results.

Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
* Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
* Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
* Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
* Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
Reviewing Procedure
1) SIES conference submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process by two reviewers. Reviewers are members the conference's international Technical Committee of experts in fields specifically matching the conference topics.
2) The papers will be assigned Technical Committee member within that area of specialization. Each reviewer is assigned approximately ten papers.
3) Once the final decisions have been made, SIES conference secretary will send the notification letter as well as reviewing comments for reference.
